Stock Controller – Vietnamese Required

About the role

The principal duty of a Stock Controller is to organize and monitor stock levels to maximize efficiency. You will coordinate demand for raw material and inventory parts, ensuring that all business operations have the right material at the right time to achieve their objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise inventory control procedures, including informing demand teams about leftovers and reducing over‑purchasing.
• Redefine commodity groups to improve stock structure and management.
• Analyse business supplies and raw‑material levels to forecast shortages and react accordingly.
• Monitor daily deliveries and shipments, reconciling order points for grab store and anonymous materials.
• Use software to track demand, create quick reports and document inventory characteristics.
• Approve consolidated orders, release MRP and purchase requisitions, and reuse surplus stock.
• Analyse ageing, turnover and other reports to anticipate future needs and trends.
• Collaborate daily with warehouse staff, material coordinators and purchasers to ensure smooth material flow.
• Coordinate with DS Gorinchem on leftover/surplus material usage and keep them updated.
• Report monthly to upper management on stock levels, turnover, delivery deviations and ageing trends.

Required profile

• BA in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or a related field; English proficiency.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar inventory or stock control role.
• Ability to accurately track inventory and generate detailed reports.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Analytical mindset with strong decision‑making abilities.
• Familiarity with data analysis and forecasting methods.
