30 Fresher Embedded Software Engineers (C/C++) - One Day Offer

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam is hiring 30 fresh graduates to join its automotive embedded software teams in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. The One Day Offer program accelerates the interview and hiring process, allowing selected candidates to receive a result quickly and start onboarding in mid‑October.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and test embedded software using C/C++.
• Analyze software requirements and support design activities.
• Perform software integration, testing, debugging, and issue analysis.
• Document development and test results.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers and global development teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate in Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields.
• Good problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise in the automotive domain.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of C/C++ programming.
• Basic understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems.
• Familiarity with Python, Perl or other scripting languages (plus).
• Basic knowledge of communication protocols and/or sensors (advantage).
