Commercial Buyer – EA Region & ASEAN Scouting (Mobility Aftermarket)

About the role

The Commercial Buyer will lead purchasing activities for the EA region, focusing on commercial goods and supporting ASEAN scouting for the Mobility Aftermarket Division. You will work in a matrixed environment, driving strategic sourcing, supplier management and contract negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement material field strategies and consolidate global/area demand.
• Identify, assess and select suppliers, conducting RPA and CSR evaluations.
• Evaluate annual supplier performance, manage supply risks and drive development initiatives.
• Lead RFQs, price negotiations, cost‑reduction activities and maintain contract renewals.
• Plan and track purchasing targets, maintain reporting accuracy and provide regional input for forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive, technical products or trade goods procurement.
• Strong strategic mindset with proven ability to deliver purchasing excellence in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Advanced analytical skills, leveraging AI technologies for data interpretation, forecasting and risk assessment.
