Content Planner

About the role

The Content Planner will drive the creation and execution of monthly content across TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, ensuring each piece supports our campaigns, key products and overall business goals. You will work closely with creative, product and performance teams to translate strategy into compelling, data‑driven content.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and publish monthly content calendars for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop detailed content briefs for video, social posts, livestreams and creator collaborations, outlining hook, message, format, CTA and KPI targets.
• Monitor social trends, conduct competitor analysis and gather consumer insights to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure briefs are executed on time and meet quality standards.
• Measure content performance against defined metrics and iterate strategies based on data.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content planning, content strategy or social media marketing.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, skincare or direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with at least two platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube or creator‑driven content.
• Proven ability to write clear, structured briefs for video or creative production.
