Credit Supervisor

About the role

The Credit Supervisor will ensure that credit granted to customers aligns with Zuellig Pharma's credit policy. This role involves close interaction with customers and internal teams to maintain healthy cash flow and mitigate credit risk.

Key responsibilities

• Control and investigate credit granted to customers according to company policy.
• Collect and analyse customer financial status, purchasing and payment history to determine credit limits.
• Screen orders that fail the automated credit check and process them efficiently.
• Release hold orders after appropriate verification.
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve credit issues and negotiate terms.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset.
