Customs Broker

About the role

CEVA Logistics Vietnam is seeking a Customs Broker to manage daily customs clearance, trucking coordination and local handling activities for its customers in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. The role ensures smooth import and export processes while maintaining compliance with Vietnamese customs regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process customs documentation and declarations for assigned customers.
• Coordinate trucking and local handling services to support timely cargo movement.
• Communicate with customs authorities and customers to resolve issues and provide status updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Monitor changes in customs legislation and advise internal teams accordingly.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in customs brokerage or related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency for communication with customers and customs officers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
