Data Science Manager (Quản Lý Khoa Học Dữ Liệu)

About the role

The Data Science Manager will lead the design and delivery of high‑quality analytics and machine‑learning solutions that support business objectives. Working largely independently, you will translate complex business needs into actionable data products and champion data‑driven decision making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced analytics and machine‑learning models focused on customer behaviour.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data‑driven strategies and ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
• Promote best practices in data mining, model validation, and performance monitoring.
• Drive the adoption of data‑centric culture throughout the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MBA, Finance, Business Analytics) is a strong plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably with a focus on customer behaviour analytics.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
