Deputy / HR Director

About the role

The Deputy / HR Director will lead the end‑to‑end transformation of the Rita Võ Group, redesigning its organisational structure, boosting workforce productivity and fostering a high‑performance culture. Reporting to senior leadership, the role will also oversee the implementation of a group‑wide performance management system and develop leadership succession plans to support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign the organisation structure and optimise workforce productivity.
• Build and embed a high‑performance culture across the group.
• Implement an enterprise‑wide performance management and KPI system.
• Develop and execute leadership succession and development programmes.
• Design, implement and continuously improve HR policies, systems and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role (HR Director or equivalent).
• Proven track record of leading organisational restructuring and workforce transformation.
• Demonstrated success in designing organisational structures, KPI frameworks and performance management systems.
• Experience managing HR transformation projects in corporate environments.
