Documentation Specialist

About the role

Intral Corp is looking for a Documentation Specialist to join its logistics team in Hanoi. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate shipment records, ensuring documentation complies with regulations, and supporting smooth shipment execution.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate shipment records in the internal system.
• Track and trace shipments, monitor milestones, and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation in line with customer and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and pay strong attention to detail.
• Independent work style, following instructions and standard procedures.
• Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to improve personal and team efficiency.
• Immediate availability.
