Employer Branding Intern

About the role

The Employer Branding Intern will support Bosch Vietnam’s talent relationship initiatives, creating communication and design assets that reinforce Bosch’s reputation as an Employer of Choice. This role offers hands‑on experience in both employer branding and employee engagement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the country’s PIC for Personnel Marketing/Talent Relationship Management with communication and design tasks for internal and external audiences to uphold Bosch’s reputation as an Employer of Choice.
• Collaborate with HR locations, corporate communication teams and external partners on project planning and execution.
• Maintain templates, case studies and creative documents in line with corporate branding guidelines.
• Ideate, organize and evaluate employee engagement projects, including logistics and onsite event management.
• Provide support for ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Full‑time student (3rd or 4th year) majoring in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Proactive, result‑oriented with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Canva
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (or similar video‑editing tools)
• Microsoft PowerPoint (or other presentation software)
