Facility Engineer

About the role

The Facility Engineer will oversee the operation, maintenance and repair of all plant facilities, utility systems and infrastructure to guarantee continuous, safe and efficient production. You will work closely with project managers and cross‑functional teams to support construction execution and keep the site running at optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operation and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical and utility systems.
• Develop and follow construction execution plans and master schedules in collaboration with project managers.
• Coordinate with design teams, supervision consultants and internal departments to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Lead troubleshooting activities and implement corrective actions with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• University degree in Construction, Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility, plant or construction engineering.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
