Global Engagement Specialist (Student Exchange Programs)

About the role

The Global Engagement Specialist will support VinUniversity’s student exchange initiatives, acting as the primary liaison between VinUni and its international partner institutions. The role ensures a seamless experience for both inbound and outbound students, aligning program activities with the university’s strategic vision of global impact.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of student exchange programs, from application to departure and return.
• Manage documentation, eligibility checks, and compliance with partner university requirements.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to students, faculty, and partner contacts.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on program performance.
• Facilitate communication and promotional activities to raise awareness of exchange opportunities.
• Assist with logistical arrangements, including travel, accommodation, and orientation sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred but not required).
• Minimum three years of experience in an international office or higher‑education environment delivering customer service.
• Experience studying abroad is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
