Group CEO – Integrated Mining, Port & Steel Complex

About the role

The Group CEO will lead a fully integrated mining, port and steel industrial complex with an annual steel capacity exceeding 5 million tonnes. This senior executive position carries full P&L responsibility and oversees the entire value chain from resource extraction to finished product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all operations across mining, deep‑water port logistics, upstream processing, ironmaking, steelmaking and downstream manufacturing.
• Ensure commercial performance, cost control and profitability for the whole complex.
• Lead corporate functions including finance, HR, legal and strategy.
• Manage mega‑project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in mining, steel or heavy industry.
• 10+ years in executive leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading integrated steel complexes with capacity >5 million t/yr.
• Strong exposure to mining, ports, steelmaking and downstream manufacturing.
• Demonstrated P&L leadership and successful mega‑project execution.
