Group Product Manager - OTC

About the role

The Group Product Manager – OTC will act as a critical commercial partner to the Marketing Manager, overseeing the full financial and strategic governance of Servier's OTC portfolio in Vietnam. This player‑coach role drives sustainable net sales, market share and profitability through portfolio strategy, brand lifecycle management and omnichannel execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a 3‑to‑5‑year growth roadmap for the OTC portfolio, balancing core‑brand acceleration, innovation, line extensions and channel expansion.
• Hold full P&L accountability for the portfolio, allocating investment across brands and channels based on ROI, pricing, trade spend and demand forecasts.
• Translate consumer, doctor and pharmacist insights into differentiated brand positioning and integrated B2C and B2B plans across hospital, pharmacy chains, traditional trade, e‑commerce and emerging channels.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Product Managers and marketing support staff, setting objectives, performance standards and succession plans.
• Direct compliant, insight‑led communication across digital, social, e‑commerce, field‑force and point‑of‑sale touchpoints, managing the full product lifecycle and new product introductions.
• Align sales, medical, regulatory, supply chain and finance functions with annual plans, providing S&OP inputs, monitoring inventory and ensuring compliance with Vietnamese law and Servier ethical standards.

Required profile

• Pharmacist, Doctor or related university degree with deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and OTC/consumer healthcare marketing.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive pharmaceutical or consumer‑healthcare commercial experience in a multinational environment, including at least 2‑3 years of direct people‑management responsibility.
• Proven success managing a multi‑brand OTC portfolio, building consumer demand and pharmacist recommendation, and leading distributor, retail, e‑commerce and agency partnerships in Vietnam.
• Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
