Inbound Travel Consultant – English‑Speaking Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking Inbound Travel Consultant to join our Hanoi office. In this full‑time position you will design customized tours for inbound visitors, negotiate sales contracts and drive revenue for our luxury travel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with inbound tourists and corporate groups to understand their travel needs.
• Design and price tailored tour itineraries that meet client expectations.
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts while ensuring profitability.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal operations teams.
• Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and ensure accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Vietnamese national with at least 1 year of experience in inbound travel sales or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a comparable discipline.
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ambitious, professional and eager to develop a career in luxury travel sales.
