IT Operations & Support Lead

About the role

We are looking for an IT Operations & Support Lead to drive stable, scalable and high‑performing product operations for Bosch’s global workflow platform. The role will work closely with product, engineering, operations and business teams to ensure service reliability and continuous improvement across a user base of over 500,000.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and support activities for the global workflow platform.
• Ensure service reliability, system availability, performance, and SLA compliance.
• Monitor operational KPIs, incidents, risks, and drive service improvements.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimisation, automation and standardisation.
• Support migration and modernisation initiatives from legacy systems to next‑generation platforms.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve scalability, maintainability and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to AI‑driven operational improvements and workflow automation initiatives.
• Promote a continuous‑improvement mindset across teams and operations.

Required profile

• Proven ability to combine operational excellence with technical leadership.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and service‑oriented mindset.
• Experience overseeing global platform operations and ensuring SLA compliance.

Required skills

• Low‑code/no‑code platforms (NCLC).
• Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and AI‑driven automation.
