IT Project Operation Assistant Intern (6-Month)

About the role

Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization as an IT Project Operation Assistant Intern. You will support the operations behind global digital products used by over 500,000 users worldwide, gaining hands‑on exposure to project coordination and execution in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and operational coordination activities.
• Attend meetings, capture minutes, track action items, and follow up until closure.
• Maintain trackers for actions, milestones, risks, and key deliverables.
• Prepare concise weekly updates and operational reports.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams to ensure clear ownership and timelines.
• Support workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities.
• Create and improve templates, trackers, and documentation standards.
• Assist in process improvements to make operations more structured and efficient.
