IT Security Assistant – AI Governance

About the role

We are looking for an IT Security Assistant specializing in AI Governance to ensure compliance with internal regulations, industry standards, and to enable secure business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Assess AI products and use cases against applicable regulations and internal requirements.
• Strengthen the enterprise’s security posture by safeguarding applications.
• Identify and mitigate security risks, addressing emerging threats.
• Support vulnerability management, penetration testing, and continuous monitoring programs for IT applications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external regulations and frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, ISP, and software development teams to create documentation in accordance with internal regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT security management or a cybersecurity role.
• Proven experience in areas such as internal audit, IT operations, compliance, network security, or cloud security.
• Knowledge of AI governance, AI risk management, Responsible AI, and applicable AI regulations and standards (EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity work products such as SoTA, TARA, and SBOM.
• Understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Advanced English communication skills.
