Japanese-Speaking Product Owner/Project Manager (BrSE)

About the role

Money Forward Vietnam is looking for a Japanese‑speaking Product Owner / Project Manager (BrSE) to lead the development of AI‑native financial solutions. You will act as the “mini‑CEO” for your product area, bridging engineering, business, and domain expertise to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with engineering and business teams.
• Drive product execution using Agile Scrum practices, ensuring timely releases.
• Structure complex finance, accounting, and HR operations and translate them into clear requirements.
• Act as the product advocate, gathering feedback from sales and customer‑success teams and communicating the “why” behind each feature.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to align on product vision and roadmap.

Required profile

• Strong ability to analyse and organise complex financial and HR processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with sales, CS, and engineering.
• Proficiency in Japanese at N2 level.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
