Key Account Manager – Modern Trade (CVS & Minimart)

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead the development and management of modern trade accounts in the CVS and minimart channel across Vietnam. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability and brand visibility through strategic planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned CVS & minimart key accounts, delivering on sales and profit targets.
• Develop new retailer relationships nationwide, from initial contact to product listing and sustainable growth.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering trading terms, promotions and in‑store visibility.
• Monitor sales, distribution, inventory and SKU performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Implement assortment and promotional plans aligned with brand objectives.

Required profile

• Age 30‑40, bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑5+ years of sales or key account management experience in FMCG, preferably food, confectionery or snacks.
• Hands‑on experience with CVS/minimart accounts, including new account development and product listing.

Required skills

• Strong commercial negotiation and execution capabilities.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach to account management.
