Learning Experience Designer

About the role

VinUniversity is looking for a Learning Experience Designer who can seamlessly move between creating polished digital learning experiences and partnering with faculty to develop innovative course activities. The role will lead the design of the Center for Education Quality Management’s flagship professional development programmes, including blended learning and a cutting‑edge AI upskilling curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑quality e‑learning modules, multimedia assets, and blended learning experiences.
• Collaborate with academic staff to translate curriculum goals into engaging learning activities.
• Architect and continuously improve professional development programmes for university educators.
• Integrate artificial intelligence tools to enhance learning pathways and assessment.
• Maintain a strong portfolio of instructional design work and ensure alignment with university standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, educational technology or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in instructional design, learning design, or academic development, preferably in higher education.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and support faculty in curriculum innovation.
