About the role

The Maintenance Lead is responsible for driving progressive maintenance strategies on production lines, eliminating breakdown losses and embedding counter‑measures into standard operating procedures. You will work closely with operating teams to build capability and ensure reliable equipment performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and implement progressive maintenance systems for assigned lines.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and develop corrective actions.
• Embed maintenance standards and best practices into daily operations.
• Coach and train operating teams to improve line results and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to align maintenance activities with overall plant goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising and executing maintenance activities.
• Strong understanding of mechanical processes, both practical and theoretical.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
