Marketing & Communications Intern (6-month full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Intern to join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City for a six‑month full‑time internship. The role supports internal culture, learning and development initiatives and helps create engaging events and communications for our teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and running internal initiatives such as English language workshops, skill‑building bootcamps, and Lunch & Learn sessions.
• Help design and moderate competitions, including AI Prompt Engineering challenges, innovation hackathons, and team‑based games.
• Create eye‑catching posters, newsletters, and digital assets to promote events and keep the team informed.
• Organise team‑bonding and connection events to improve cross‑departmental collaboration and employee morale.
• Manage event logistics, from tracking registrations and feedback to handling live‑event technology (Zoom, Teams, Slido).

Required profile

• Final‑year student majoring in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business or a related creative field.
• Available for a full‑time internship of six months, Monday to Friday.
• Strong interest in corporate culture, learning & development, or event management.
• Excellent English communication and storytelling abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive and able to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Power BI.
• Experience with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – a plus.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slido.
