National Sales Director (FMCG)

About the role

The National Sales Director will lead the FMCG business unit, shaping commercial strategy and driving revenue growth across Vietnam. Reporting to senior management, you will align sales, marketing and financial objectives to expand market share and acquire new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies that integrate sales, marketing and business goals while monitoring financial targets and market trends.
• Lead revenue growth initiatives and business development activities to increase market share and attract new customers.
• Perform financial analysis of sales data, market dynamics and performance reports to inform decision‑making.
• Oversee budgeting, performance reporting and forecasting for the sales function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of proven success in senior commercial leadership roles within FMCG or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve commercial targets.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing and business development best practices.
• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and budgeting processes.
