OPM Manager – English & Chinese Fluency Required

About the role

The Operations Management (OPM) Manager will lead daily activities of an FDI‑owned manufacturing plant, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity. The role requires strong bilingual communication in English and Chinese to coordinate with international stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily factory operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and refine operational policies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and execute solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a manufacturing or FDI environment.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
