Pre-Sales Engineer – Data Center & Telecom Power Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Pre‑Sales Engineer (FAE) with deep technical expertise in data‑center infrastructure and telecom –48V DC power systems. The role bridges sales and engineering, shaping technical solutions, delivering proposals and guiding customers throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Design and document solution architectures for UPS, rectifiers, lithium‑ion batteries, precision cooling and other power systems.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations and proof‑of‑concept demonstrations.
• Provide technical support during the pre‑sales phase, including product selection, sizing and integration advice.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of data‑center and telecom power technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in pre‑sales, solution design or technical support for data‑center infrastructure and telecom power systems.
• Proven ability to work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
