Primary Teacher (Giáo Viên Tiểu Học)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join Aurora International School of the Arts in Ho Chi Minh City. The successful candidate will support the school’s curriculum and contribute to a vibrant learning environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and reflect on the primary program in collaboration with the Principal.
• Deliver the school’s curriculum framework effectively across all subjects.
• Prepare and maintain indoor and outdoor learning spaces, including setting up interest areas and ensuring equipment is clean and disinfected.
• Manage classroom activities, assess student progress and adapt lessons to meet individual needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Primary Education or a related field.
• Teaching certification or license is preferred.
• Previous experience teaching at the primary level is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for supporting students’ academic and personal development.

Required skills

• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Proficiency in classroom management techniques.
