Python Software Engineer – Automation Test Framework (1-year contract)

About the role

Bosch is seeking a Python Software Engineer to join its Cross‑Domain Computing & ADAS team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work on developing and extending an automation test framework that supports both hardware and software validation for OEM projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain new features and libraries for the automation test framework.
• Collaborate with global Bosch locations to gather requirements and provide technical support to stakeholders.
• Develop automated test solutions for Linux/Android‑based automotive head units and home‑appliance systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional experience in software development.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming and asynchronous communication protocols.
• Experience with distributed systems and a curiosity for both low‑level hardware interfaces and high‑level web architectures.
