QA Supervisor – Footwear Industry

About the role

The QA Supervisor will lead quality assurance activities for plastic injection products and footwear midsoles, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, company standards, and quality objectives. This position oversees the entire quality chain from production control to final inspection, packaging, and shipment release.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily QA operations across manufacturing lines, including injection molding and midsole production.
• Manage quality control processes, final inspections, and packaging compliance.
• Coordinate shipment releases and ensure products meet all regulatory and customer requirements.
• Lead internal and external customer audits, addressing findings and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data‑driven analysis and root‑cause problem solving.
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, standards, and work instructions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Quality Management, Footwear Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Experience in the footwear industry, midsole production, or injection molding is highly preferred.
