Quality Assurance Admin Intern – Power BI

About the role

Join Bosch Group as a Quality Assurance Admin Intern and support the Quality Audit & Metric team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work with stakeholders to coordinate audit activities, assist internal trainings, and help build data‑driven quality dashboards using Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders to plan and schedule quality audits.
• Support OPL follow‑up and generate audit status reports.
• Provide administrative assistance for internal trainings, including facility checks and material preparation.
• Collect and consolidate data for monthly quality status reports.
• Analyze project data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the development and automation of quality dashboards and reports.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Quality Audit & Metric team.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student majoring in Automotive Engineering, Computing Engineering, Information Technology, Data Sciences or a related field.
• Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
• Availability full‑time or at least 4 days per week.
• Logical, proactive thinking and strong interest in data‑driven improvement.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to self‑learn and quickly adapt to new technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Power BI.
