Sales Manager - Vietnam

About the role

Zenlayer is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to drive new business and expand existing accounts with large and mid‑size enterprises in Vietnam. The role is quota‑based and will be based in our Hanoi office, reporting to the regional sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new enterprise accounts, focusing on large and mid‑size customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers, including C‑suite executives.
• Collaborate with the Opportunity Development (Inside Sales) team to qualify leads and develop sales strategies.
• Negotiate, close, and manage contracts to meet or exceed the annual sales quota.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers, helping design solutions that leverage Zenlayer’s cloud, CDN, and SDN offerings.
• Track activities and pipeline in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of sales experience in the information‑technology sector, preferably with data‑center or enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record of selling complex solutions to C‑suite stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an extended sales team.
• Positive, hunter‑mindset and willingness to travel within the Indochina region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM platforms for pipeline management.
• Familiarity with cloud services, content‑delivery networks (CDN) and software‑defined networking (SDN).
• Understanding of internet‑related industries in the Indochina region (e‑commerce, gaming, entertainment).
