About the role
Misumi Vietnam, a subsidiary of the Japanese MISUMI Group, is a leading provider of industrial components and automation solutions. Established in 2016, the company offers over 10 million configurable products and specializes in automation, press, and mold components. With a team of nearly 200 professionals, Misumi Vietnam is expanding rapidly and seeking talented individuals to join its growing workforce. The Sales Support Staff will assist the B2B sales team in delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting sales operations. The role emphasizes B2B sales support and a high level of customer experience. The position is based in Hanoi.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English
- At least 1 year of B2B sales support, sales or customer service experience
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP or MRP systems
- Ability to create presentations using PowerPoint
