SAP Project Manager (SAP Public Cloud)

About the role

The SAP Project Manager is responsible for managing and implementing SAP projects with high quality, controlling scope diligently, and ensuring that deliverables are on time and meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project plans, risk management plans, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with business users and architects.
• Manage daily project execution, monitoring schedule, budget, manpower and quality.
• Control scope definition and change‑control mechanisms, and handle integration of hardware, software, testing, migration and data conversion.
• Escalate project overruns, scope creep and resource issues to the Project Director or Service Delivery Director.
• Engage stakeholders, negotiate with customers and vendors, and manage contracts and subcontractors.
• Lead the project team, delegate tasks, provide performance feedback and coaching, and monitor team performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of SAP project management experience and at least 10 years in IT services.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience with SAP Public Cloud projects and SAP Activate methodology.
• Proven end‑to‑end SAP implementation and SAP application support experience.
• Self‑motivated, fluent in English and able to travel as required.
