Senior Associate - Financial Audit

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Assurance line of service in Hanoi. You will work on financial statement audits, providing independent assessments that enhance the credibility of financial information for a portfolio of international and local clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist audit managers throughout the full audit cycle, from planning to completion.
• Execute PwC’s risk‑based audit approach and lead audit teams during fieldwork.
• Present audit findings and recommend ways to improve compliance and efficiency.
• Supervise and train junior audit team members, assigning tasks and reviewing their work for accuracy.
• Maintain effective communication with client middle‑management and draft meeting agendas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Auditing or related fields.
• 3+ years of external audit experience; experience in financial services is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
• High resilience, self‑motivation and fluency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).
