Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate and operate cloud‑native platforms for Bosch’s software development centre in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on building scalable, secure and cost‑effective infrastructure that enables rapid software delivery across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Git, Python or Bash scripts.
• Develop infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible or Pulumi.
• Manage Azure, AWS and GCP environments, ensuring scalability, reliability and cost optimisation.
• Containerise applications with Docker and orchestrate workloads on Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, OpenShift, Rancher).
• Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD or Flux.
• Set up monitoring and observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK or Loki.
• Establish logging, alerting and incident‑response processes for production systems.
• Apply security best practices including container scanning (Trivy, Clair, Dependabot) and secrets management (Vault, Sealed Secrets, cloud secret managers).
• Collaborate with software teams to adopt deployment strategies like blue‑green, canary and rolling updates.
• Support database integration and provision environments for development, testing and production.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on DevOps or cloud engineering experience.
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with international teams.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms, containerisation and CI/CD automation.
