Senior Inbound B2B Sales Tour Specialist (English)

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to manage inbound B2B travel inquiries from international agencies. The role focuses on promoting Vietnam and Indochina tour packages, preparing compelling proposals, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and warmly to inbound travel inquiries, understanding client needs and preferences.
• Negotiate with hotels, transport providers, and local partners to secure optimal rates and experiences.
• Prepare detailed proposals, itineraries, and quotations that inspire confidence and excitement.
• Maintain strong relationships with international travel agencies and local service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel, Tourism, Foreign Languages, Management or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in the tourism industry.
