Senior Lab Manager – Dau Giay (Shuttle Bus Provided)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Lab Manager to lead our test laboratory at the Dau Giay factory in Dong Nai, Vietnam. The role will oversee all testing and product validation activities from design through mass production, ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance while supporting multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead laboratory operations, testing and validation for complex electromechanical and consumer products.
• Ensure testing quality, laboratory safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain resource and equipment readiness to meet project timelines.
• Plan, establish and expand laboratory facilities and testing capabilities.
• Provide on‑time technical support for all product development projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in product testing, validation, NPI or laboratory operations.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering or laboratory management experience.
• Proven experience with complex electromechanical or consumer products.
• Strong knowledge of reliability testing, performance testing, failure analysis and root‑cause analysis.
