Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing initiatives for Sulwhasoo, Amorepacific’s flagship luxury skincare brand, in the Vietnamese market. The role combines strategic product positioning with integrated digital and social campaigns to strengthen brand presence and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies that align with Sulwhasoo’s heritage and luxury positioning.
• Plan, launch, and optimise social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, coordinating with sales, R&D, and creative teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform tactics.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets, tracking ROI and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 4–6 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in beauty, luxury, fashion, premium consumer goods or FMCG.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Digital‑savvy with a solid understanding of integrated marketing approaches.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
