Senior Sales Executive – Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Sales Executive to drive business development and expand our customer base in Vietnam. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and grow revenue through strategic sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop new customers via networking, referrals, cold calling and other sales channels.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, arrange customer meetings and prepare customized proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms, handle objections and close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure suitable solutions and pricing for clients.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or related field; overseas graduation preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
• Experience in customer service, administration, public relations, marketing or foreign‑language environments.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Japanese or Chinese are a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
