Senior Staff (Business Development)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Staff member to lead business development activities for Hantech Consulting in Vietnam. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with local buyers, partners, industry associations and universities to drive sales of technical equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, build and maintain long‑term strategic relationships with key local buyers, industry associations and universities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Establish, review and negotiate contract terms and key performance indicators (KPIs) with partner companies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery of technical equipment and solutions to the textile and industrial machinery sectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, with a proven track record in technical equipment sales.
• Experience working with industry associations and universities; experience in the textile sector or related industrial machinery is a strong plus.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
