Service Manager (Korean Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Service Manager who is fluent in Korean to join our GSaaS team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role involves coordinating IT projects, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders, and delivering high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating communication.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Organise and lead daily stand‑ups, weekly syncs, reviews and retrospectives.
• Monitor team performance, balance workload, and assess capacity.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks to keep delivery on track.

Required profile

• Korean language proficiency at TOPIK level 5 or higher, both written and spoken.
• Business‑level English proficiency.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Business Analyst or Product Owner in the IT sector.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
