Software Engineer (Java - Pega Low-code Platform)

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong Java expertise to design and build components on the Pega PRPC low‑code platform. The role focuses on visual configuration, drag‑and‑drop rule creation, and model‑driven design while leveraging Java for custom integrations and extending Pega's out‑of‑the‑box capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and test application components using Pega PRPC.
• Develop Java‑based integrations and custom extensions to meet business requirements.
• Participate in all software development phases, from design to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate process requirements into functional solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot large‑scale, process‑centric applications.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional Java development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Pega PRPC or similar low‑code platforms.
• Proven ability to work across the full software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
