Sourcing Specialist – Decor Category

About the role

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to lead the Decor category, covering Home Textiles, Lighting and Housewares. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will work with a small, experienced sourcing team to build a high‑performing supplier base and ensure product quality, cost efficiency and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, onboard and manage suppliers across Home Textiles, Lighting and Housewares.
• Monitor and improve supplier performance using KPIs, business reviews and corrective actions.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and supply‑chain efficiency projects.
• Lead commercial negotiations on price, lead times, capacity and production planning.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Quality and Supply Chain teams for new product launches.
• Prepare sourcing reports and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Travel locally and internationally to support supplier development and business needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply‑chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
• Proven track record in supplier development and commercial negotiations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
