Technical and M&E Manager – Beverage Production

About the role

We are seeking a Technical and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Manager to lead maintenance activities for our beverage production facilities. The role focuses on ensuring reliable operation of production lines and utility systems while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, schedule periodic maintenance and major overhauls for infrastructure and production lines.
• Plan and manage engineering maintenance programs and spare‑parts utilization to guarantee safe, high‑efficiency operations.
• Oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance of factory utility systems, including wastewater and emission controls.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize operational costs.

Required profile

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance within food & beverage manufacturing.
• Proven experience in maintenance management, spare‑parts logistics and occupational safety.
