Accounting Manager – Dong Thap

About the role

The Accounting Manager will lead the finance and accounting functions for Sabeco’s operations in Dong Thap, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control and strategic financial guidance for the Management Board.

Key responsibilities

• Advising senior management on financial management, cost optimisation and efficient use of capital and assets.
• Developing, implementing and monitoring annual, quarterly and monthly financial plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Overseeing day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards.
• Representing the Accounting Department in pricing approval, bidding processes, innovation projects and reward committees.
• Managing a team of accountants and coordinating with other departments to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing or Finance; a Chief Accountant certificate or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA or CMA are highly desirable.
• At least 8 years of experience in accounting/finance, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a large‑scale manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards.
