ADAS Software Architect – Advanced Driver Assistance Systems

About the role

The ADAS Software Architect will lead the definition and design of advanced driver assistance system software products, ensuring they meet global OEM expectations and regional requirements. You will work closely with customer project teams, providing architectural guidance and driving best‑practice adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope and architecture for mainstream ADAS products.
• Support customer project teams with optimal software architecture solutions.
• Participate in design decisions and act as a key stakeholder on the change control board.
• Mentor team members on architectural best practices and enforce related processes.
• Evaluate risks, estimate changes, propose alternatives, and collaborate with development teams.
• Maintain high‑quality architecture artifacts, track compliance, and represent ASPICE evaluations.
• Take part in key reviews, offering suggestions to improve software development aspects.
• Manage technical complexities and enforce best practices across stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ADAS software development and system architecture.
• Strong understanding of automotive safety standards, especially ASPICE.
• Ability to work with global and regional OEM expectations.
• Excellent communication skills to mentor and guide cross‑functional teams.
