Administrative & Accounting Assistant

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the Accounting Department of Ray Vina while gaining hands‑on experience in office administration and basic finance tasks. The role is based on the company’s office in Ho Chi Minh City and offers a structured training program for fresh graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily office administration and operational tasks.
• Prepare payment requests and process banking transactions.
• Support accounts receivable activities, including invoice tracking and follow‑up.
• Help compile tax‑related, banking, and regulatory documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, customs brokers, warehouse teams, and external service providers.
• Prepare periodic financial and operational reports as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in Korean is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (listening and speaking).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
