Advisory Experienced Analyst – HCM Office

About the role

Join Grant Thornton Vietnam’s Advisory team as an Experienced Analyst in the HCM Office, supporting M&A transactions through rigorous financial due diligence and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence reviews for M&A transactions, both buyer and vendor side.
• Analyse financial statements and operational performance to identify risks and issues.
• Prepare detailed reports on findings, including purchase price considerations and recommendations.
• Support the advisory team in delivering transaction‑related insights to clients.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial audit or corporate accounting.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Proactive, energetic and eager to learn.
• Holding or pursuing an international professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) is a plus.
