About the role

The Assistant Relationship Manager will support the Corporate Banking team in building and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires Mandarin proficiency and a focus on delivering timely, accurate service to corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Relationship Manager (RM) in improving customer relationship management and meeting client needs promptly.
Contact customers, gather requirements, and prepare signed reports to ensure accurate service delivery.
Conduct credit investigations and complete related documentation.
Serve as a communication bridge between business, operations, and customers.

Required profile

Sound knowledge of banking products, processes, and credit analysis.
Familiarity with bank regulations, policies, and operating procedures.
Ability to resolve customer transaction issues efficiently and produce accurate reports within deadlines.
University degree or equivalent qualification.
