Automotive AUTOSAR Base Software Developer

About the role

Join Bosch’s global Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) team in Ho Chi Minh City to develop and integrate AUTOSAR Classic Basic Software (BSW) and diagnostics modules for next‑generation driver‑assistance ECUs such as radar, camera and sensor‑fusion controllers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain embedded AUTOSAR Classic BSW and low‑level software for ADAS ECUs using C/C++.
• Configure, integrate and debug BSW modules with a focus on diagnostics, CAN communication, failure management and parameter data management.
• Collaborate with system, hardware and application teams worldwide to ensure seamless integration of BSW with ADAS applications (radar, camera, sensor fusion).
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle – from requirements analysis and architecture design to unit/integration testing, debugging and maintenance.
• Optimize software performance and memory footprint to meet the stringent resource constraints of automotive ECUs.

Required profile

• Strong background in embedded software development for automotive applications.
• Ability to work in a multinational, cross‑functional engineering environment.
